Contact Form and Formspree
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there (name, email address, phone number if applicable, and your message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow up questions.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, provided that your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
We use the Formspree service provided by Formspree Inc., 21750 Hardy Oak Blvd Ste 104, San Antonio, TX 78258, USA to send and manage form inquiries. The data is transmitted to Formspree and processed on their servers. Formspree uses this information to send and evaluate the inquiries on our behalf.
Data transfer to the US is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We have also concluded a data processing agreement with Formspree.
Google Tag Manager
We use the Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to integrate and manage website tags via an interface. The Tag Manager itself does not collect any personal data, but it can trigger other tags that may collect data. Google does not have access to the data of the tags implemented by the Tag Manager.
The use of Google Tag Manager is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in efficient management of the tools on our website.
